Girl Loves Beauty # 1 Soap & Glory

Soap & Glory- The Best Of All

I must admit that until I bought this set, I had barely tried Soap & Glory products, and I was under the impression it was just a lot of hype and some fancy packaging.
However, upon closer inspection of the brand, I must admit I was mistaken, I am a convert.
I was shopping with a friend yesterday and found this incredible deal in Boots, The Best Of All set was on offer for £27.00, down from the original RRP price of £60.00!
Given that the products inside this set cost up to £10.50 individually, this was a massive bargain. And I don't know about you guys, but I find it very difficult to walk away from a barg. So I bought it, and managed to get double points on my Boots advantage card too which is always a winner.

List of Products..
The Righteous Butter Body Butter
Hand Food Hand Cream
Sugar Crush Body Scrub
Smoothie Star Body Milk
Clean On Me Shower Gel
Heel Genius Smoothing Foot Mask
Peaches & Clean Cleansing Milk
Super-Colour Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Plumper
Thick & Fast Mascara

The Smoothie Star body milk is a gorgeous product, it goes straight into the skin and doesn't leave you feeling greasy but comfortably moisturised, and leaves a lovely dewy sheen on the skin.

Clean On Me is my new favourite shower gel, when shower products claim to "moisturise you while you shower" I usually can't help but to roll my eyes, but this alone made my skin feel so incredibly soft, and a little definitely goes a long way.

Heel Genius is an unexpected one, as lower end foot creams usually don't feel like they have been designed specifically for your feet, and 9 times out of 10 will smell like peppermint. But this is a lovely softening treat for your toes, and has a refreshing and sweet, but with a hint of herbal scent.

The Hand Food cream smells beautiful and softens the skin without being greasy, but I will say that its not the best hand cream I've ever used.

The Sugar Crush body scrub is brilliant, it smells zingy and refreshing and isn't too abrasive on the skin, and as it seems with all S&G products a little goes a long way.

Peaches & Clean cleansing milk is a nice product, but I have fairly sensitive skin so have to be careful about what I put on my face. I have tried it and I like it but I don't think it will become a regular in my skincare routine.

The Righteous Butter is now a favourite, it has the same properties as all of S&G's other moisturising products, smells beautiful, soaks into the skin easily and you don't have to use loads to get a result!

The Thick & Fast mascara is pretty average to me, I'm a loyal user of MaxFactor mascaras and I find it very rare that anything works as well for me.

As someone who doesn't usually wear lipgloss I was unsure about the Sexy Mother Pucker product. It smells okay, sort of like a vanilla coffee and is a cute pink colour. When you put it on after a few minutes it starts to tingle on your lips, this probably won't be for everybody but it's not painful, and while my lips are hardly pumped up to Angelina Jolie standards, they do look nice and full.

Anybody else a Soap & Glory fan?
